The workshop will take place at ASTRON/JIVE in Dwingeloo, Netherlands.

We should all be aware that COVID cases are increasing in Europe, and there may be some measures introduced. In any case, it is essential that all of us are vaccinated!
During the School, we will have to adhere to the local COVID regulations in the Netherlands (please monitor this as the travel date approaches):
https://www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/visiting-the-netherlands-from-abroad/checklist-entry
It may be expected that we will be required to use a face mask. Please prepare to bring some FFP2 or equivalent face masks with you, and if possible, some self-tests as well.

Please check whether your (institute's) travel insurance policy would cover when your travel is hindered by unexpected events outside of your control, like a rejected visa or COVID measures.
Otherwise make sure you book flight tickets with a refund option.
Note the organizers cannot refund costs in case your travel is not possible.

On Sunday 18 September we will arrange free shuttle busses from Hoogeveen to
Hotel de Borken leaving Hoogeveen railway station at 13:30, 16:00, 18:00 and 20:00.

Please inform us (eris2022@jive.eu) of your arrival time in Hoogeveen. For arrivals and departures outside the scheduled shuttle times, we can assist with taxi booking but you will be responsible for the costs, 35 euros one way (in cash).

On Friday 23 September a free shuttle bus will depart from ASTRON to the railway station in Hoogeveen at 15:45 hrs, so you will reach Hoogeveen for the train to Schiphol, departing at 16:10.

For train information, please see this website: https://www.ns.nl/en. In particular, on Saturday, check about the possible changes to train routes here: https://www.ns.nl/en/travel-information/current-situation-on-the-tracks/
