During the Bonn meeting an action item was placed on all institutes to define work packages with a list of participants (including a lead participant) and a broad description of work. Based on discussions before/during the meeting we have come up with an initial list of work packages. This list is intended to prompt the discussions necessary to come up with a final list which everyone can agree on. Lead participants are underlined.
