**DATA STATUS:**


HI: done. 
  *  Fluxes and positions from Boris' selfcal routine are verified. 
  * Question for Boris: WHAT formula we use (and cosmology) to calculate HI masses?   (Boris)

Radio continuum.  Done!  Continuum sources in A2192 are restored with a circular instead of an elliptical beam.  Is this also the case for A963? Are the continuum fluxes and positions in Dwaraka's map consistent with what Boris has derived?  (Dwaraka)

BR imaging: 
  * reduced, catalogs(Boris)
  * zero-point uncertainty (Marc, see below)

spectra: reduced + catalogs  (Yara)

Spitzer: reduced + catalogs  (Ryan)

Galex: reduced + catalogs  (Maria)

morphologies available (Yara, Bia, Jac, and some Maria and Marc)

stellar masses available (Yara)

**THINGS DISCUSSED AND DONE IN PADOVA**


  - identified structures and substructures in the two fields by looking at the 3D distribution (RA, DEC and z) of galaxies in the spectroscopic catalog (including WHT, HI and literature redshifts)
  - GALAXY STELLAR MASSES (solved!!) Zibetti, DR7 and Bell & de Jong masses for our spec sample are in agreement We will use Zibetti's masses, for Kroupa IMF (Zibetti in agreement with  dynamical estimate of stellar masses)
  -   decided how to compute spectroscopic completeness (color, magnitude, position)
  -  based on Herschel + HI overlays received by Bianca, discussed the necessity to use the Egami Herschel data asap - If we use these data, should we offer the PI of this Herschel program co-authorship? Bianca to check this out.
  -   telecons with Boris and Aeree/Ryan/Min 
  -  Marc classified the morphologies of HI galaxies 
  -  papers (see below)


**TENTATIVE AUTHORSHIP POLICY** (suggested - to be approved by everybody)

Each paper includes everybody who has contributed to the acquisition,
reduction, analysis, interpretation of any of the data contained in that paper.
Before submission, every draft is anyway circulated to anybody, giving
anyone the possibility to be included if they feel they should be.



**ACTION ITEMS:**

  * Yara/Bia to compute spectroscopic completeness
  * Yara to put galaxy stellar masses and absolute magnitudes (SDSS + Johnson) on the WIKI (DONE)
  * Yara to put final morphologies on the WIKI, including Maria's and Marc's (DONE)
  * Boris to clean HI catalog from few spurious detections (provided by Yara)
  * Bianca to check for Egami policy
  * Dwaraka to compute SFRs from radio continuum using Yara's spec tables
  * Jacqueline to look into X-ray data of the two fields

  * Marc to solve optical photometry zero point issue
  * Bia to see if we can access CFHT calibrated images
  * Marc to produce UV + opt + Spit * HI postage stamps. Boris already made overlays of HI contours on B,R,UV images for the HI atlas.  Overlays on Spitzer images requires final Spitzer maps, not yet on wiki.  Ryan?
  * Arpad to write wide-field VLBI proposal
  * Everybody !! to put everything they have done on the wiki

**Other comments/things to keep in mind or discuss:**

  * Cosmological parameters: decide them now, used by everybody Bia suggests: use Omega_M=0.3, Omega_L=0.7, H_0=70 - if anyone disagrees, please shout
  * K-corrections: Yara uses interRest to compute rest frame magnitudes - if other people needs to compute other rest frame quantities, check consistency
  * SFRs: different estimates to be consistent, when consistency needed
