As 2020 nears its end, we can reflect on how this has been a very special year -unfolding quite differently from what anyone would have foreseen. We hope that you, your colleagues and families, are all doing well.
Throughout these unusual times, the team at JIVE has remained strongly committed to continue supporting the EVN users and partners, and developing our activities in international projects and collaborations. Working mostly from home since March, we are happy to acknowledge the great job done by the EVN stations to maintain operational readiness of their telescopes, minimizing the impact on the observing sessions and thus demonstrating the robustness of the EVN and JIVE!
With the calendar soon turning over to 2021, we look forward expectantly to a solution that would allow us all to go back to normal, including the possibility to meet you all face-to-face again.
